Thursday, February 15: This morning we will bird the fields east of Casselman in search of Snowy Owls, Rough-legged Hawks, Lapland Longspurs, Snow Buntings, Horned Larks and white-winged Gulls (Glaucous and Iceland). On our way back to Ottawa, we will bird some of Larose Forest, listening for finch flyovers and looking for Evening Grosbeak at a reliable winter feeder.
