Britannia Conservation Area

Wednesday, October 3rd

8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

What a wonderful fall birding day! The wind was low and it was quiet along the trails, meaning skulkers were easier to spot. Without any wind, bird movement in the canopy really caught our eyes. Early October classics such as Blue-headed Vireo, Orange-crowned Warbler, Winter Wren, Catharus thrushes and more delighted onlookers. The thrushes, in particular, were showing so well. Details below 🙂
