{"id":4260,"date":"2016-12-08T00:52:46","date_gmt":"2016-12-08T00:52:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eontbird.ca\/?p=4260"},"modified":"2016-12-08T01:02:24","modified_gmt":"2016-12-08T01:02:24","slug":"ottawa-white-winged-gulls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eontbird.ca\/?p=4260","title":{"rendered":"Ottawa: &#8220;White-winged&#8221; gulls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hi there,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This afternoon from 3:45 &#8211; 4:30 PM, I watched gulls coming in to roost along the shoreline of the Ottawa River just east of Andrew Haydon Park, at Beltown Park.<!--more--> I observed five Kumlien&#8217;s (four first cycle and one second cycle), three Glaucous (one adult and two first cycle) and one first cycle Thayer&#8217;s among many Herring and a handful of Great Black-backed Gulls.
