Overview, Targets, & Topics: This area represents a lovely merging of south-meets-north re: bird species’ distribution in Ontario. Southern specialities Cerulean Warbler, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Yellow-throated Vireo, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Blue-winged and Golden-winged Warbler are possible here. Expect to see many interesting species of trees, plants, butterflies, and amphibians and reptiles; this area is bound to keep your interest in more ways than one!  I have purchased a Provincial Park pass, so, day pass costs are on me; I have you covered! Pack a lunch and bring plenty of liquids. We can have an in-field lunch overlooking the lake. Beautiful views and great birding awaits!
